The Role Client Team Support Associates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A strong desire to learn and excel is essential. Candidates must be adept at supporting multiple executives, possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and have experience drafting and proofreading documents.

Responsibilities include:
  • Performing office administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing office supplies, restocking kitchen snacks, sorting and scanning mail, filing, faxing, photocopying, and organizing the office space.
  • Assisting with the electronic processing of tax returns and mailing completed tax return packages to clients. Note: Electronic processing involves submitting tax returns through the tax software rather than mailing them.
  • Tax returns are prepared and sent to CTS when ready for electronic submission, and CTS is not expected to have knowledge of tax law.
  • Running errands outside the office, including trips to the post office for certified mail, Federal Express, etc.
  • Preparing professional letters for clients in Microsoft Word, ensuring proper formatting, spelling, and grammar. Note: The professional staff drafts the letters, and CTS is responsible for formatting, proofreading, and either emailing or mailing them out.
  • Maintaining detailed logs in Microsoft Excel to track the status and deadlines of client projects, with proactive follow-up to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
The Client Team Support Associates are assigned directly to the Managing Directors (MDs) and provide assistance in the following areas:
  • Calendaring: Managing schedules and appointments.
  • Chrome River (Expense Reports): Handling expense report submissions and management.
  • Travel Support: Coordinating and organizing travel logistics.
  • Business Development Activities: Supporting client follow-ups, scheduling prospect meetings, and other related tasks.
Compensation and Benefits

Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in Orange County, the expected salary range for this role is $66,600 to $94,700; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.

The Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to use independent judgment in completing activities on time; must be detail-oriented and operates under general supervision
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Type 60 WPM
  • Positive team player with a "can do" attitude that is eager to learn, has pride in their work, and is willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail in areas of spelling, grammar and phone etiquette
  • MUST have knowledge and working experience with Adobe DC and Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), DocuSign.
