Associate, Corporate Concierge
Obermeyer Wealth Partners is seeking a full-time Corporate Concierge Associate to support our advisors and clients in Aspen. This person will play a significant role in elevating the Obermeyer client experience by ensuring our office runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This team member will also take the lead in planning and executing a small number of client-facing events each year.

Responsibilities
- Host clients and guests who come to the office, help them get settled, and feel at ease.
- Maintain office appearance and ensure shared spaces are tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked.
- Help with administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails.
- Provide excellent client service; anticipate needs, answer questions, and offer simple solutions.
- Engage genuinely with our clients to understand and build lasting relationships with them.
- Communicate using effective, clear, and professional verbal and written language with a service and solutions orientation; maintain strong follow-through with clients and team members.
- Plan and book events, including client appreciation events, workshops, lunches, and parties.
- Manage select team member schedules, calendars, travel, and business-related tasks.
- Manage and execute daily business responsibilities, such as pickups and deliveries.
- Support wealth advisors in scheduling and preparing for client meetings.
- Be the first point of contact for any unexpected issues that arise around the office.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in hospitality or office management, and experience working with high-net-worth individuals (other relevant experience considered).
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and who can work effectively on a team and independently.
- High degree of accuracy in all work and a demonstrated attention to detail.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Adherence to all company policies and legal regulations regarding data privacy, and a high level of discretion regarding sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others, translating prior knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships internally and externally.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, proficiency at prioritization, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, and the ability to operate under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Office365, client relationship management, and custodial platforms, or a willingness to learn (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, Schwab, Fidelity).
- Strong preference for candidates based in or near Aspen, CO.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary + Bonus + Retirement Contribution: $60K-$90K

- The position is in-person Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, at our Aspen office.
