THE CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM OFFICE IS RECRUITING FOR A PERMANENT, FULL TIME ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST (AGPA).
THIS POSITION IS PART OF THE CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM OFFICE AND IS BEING FILLED STATEWIDE.

The Children's Residential Program (CRP) Training Unit is a highly collaborative team that takes pride in supporting the missions of CRP and the unit. As a member of the CRP Training Unit, you'll research, develop, and deliver trainings that utilize learner-centered techniques and best practices to support CRP field staff in the important work that they do. We strive to design dynamic trainings, delivered both in person and virtually, that are engaging and often include practical labs for applied learning.
The CRP Training Unit is integral in advancing the Trauma Informed Licensing Team's (TILT) goal of infusing trauma informed practices into the Children's Residential Program both in our work with each other and in our work with the caregivers, children, and families we serve.
The CRP Training Unit actively supports the Division's commitment to equity by promoting cultural humility and addressing implicit bias by raising awareness and providing technical assistance regarding implicit bias and ethnocentrism at personal and systemic levels.
We are looking for a trainer who is willing and able to give and accept constructive criticism when reviewing and developing training materials. It is critical that team members can adjust to changes in workload priorities in response to Program Office, Regional Office, and organizational unit needs.
CRP Trainers take ownership of training projects, requiring initiative, planning and organizational skills. This often involves working independently as well as with others to complete tasks as assigned.
As a CRP Trainer, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, share your area of expertise, and participate in the evolution of online training development for the Department.
The CRP Training Unit provides prompt, courteous, and professional customer service when communicating with all CRP staff as well as members of the public when inquiries are received.
