The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This role involves providing comprehensive support across various office functions, including insurance operations, administrative tasks, and investment operations. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with processing insurance applications and policy changes.
- Handle client inquiries related to insurance policies and coverage.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and updates.
- Maintain and update client insurance records in the database.
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors and other team members.
- Prepare and organize client files and documentation.
- Assist with opening and maintaining investment accounts.
- Process investment transactions and ensure accuracy in client portfolios.
- Prepare and distribute investment reports and statements to clients.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional customer service and diplomatic skills
- Extremely organized, efficient, and skilled at workflow management
- Post high school education required, college degree preferred.
