Job description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance test cases.
Analyst duties and responsibilities
• Analyzing and monitoring the performance of products
• Developing and implementing test plans for product defects
• Reviewing and approving test results
• Developing and tracking test metrics
• Helping maintain the quality of products
• Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new features
• Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials
• Implementing new processes and creating new tools to automate testing
Requirements and qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quality control
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
Technical Expertise
- SQL and PL SQL experience analyzing data
- Selenium with Cucumber framework experience.
- Working knowledge with Java
- Working experience in Agile environment
- API testing experience using Postman, Jmeter etc.
- Defect tracking tool such as Remedies, JIRA, Zephyr etc.
- Working knowledge of AWS Redshift, Aurora and Oracle
- Perform data analysis and problem identification using Cognos reporting tool
Education Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
