The Associate Director of Husker Hub plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional student service, and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for students managing financial and enrollment needs. This includes developing and implementing operational procedures, ensuring compliance with institutional regulatory requirements, and advancing technology solutions to improve service delivery. The Associate Director is responsible for coordinating Husker Hub's role in recruitment and outreach events and creating presentations in collaboration with other offices on campus. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus three years of progressive leadership experience in a college or university financial aid, registrar, student accounts, bursar, enrollment management or a related student service area. Experience supervising professional staff.
