Associate Director of FP&A

Description My client, a growing 100% REMOTE Public Biotech in the Boston area is hiring for an Associate Director of FP& A to join the team. The AD of FP& A will report to the VP of FP& A and support the R& D and Clinical side of the business from an FP& A standpoint. Compensation for this position is $175-200K + Bonus + Equity. This company went Public about a year ago. raised just under $500 million in 2024, had excellent Phase 1 results, is the Stock Pick of 2025 by many analysts, offers a 100% REMOTE work arrangement and alot more.
