(Contingent upon available funding): 85 000.00, Salary Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5Pm Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: Oversees the business, financial, and support functions of University Health Services, ensuring compliance with OSU policies and federal regulations. Responsibilities include budgeting, fiscal operations, payroll, HR, marketing, IT, and facility management while optimizing workflows, staffing, and quality assurance. The position also monitors key performance indicators, enforces privacy and security standards, and resolves administrative concerns. Collaborates with UHS leadership on budget development, financial reporting, and strategic planning to support efficient and compliant healthcare operations.

Education & Experience Position Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in business, finance, marketing, healthcare administration, or higher education administration. Three years of professional experience. Proficient in the following areas: financial and budget management, administrative and operational leadership, human resources and staff management, and university accounting compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree and at least five years of professional experience.
