The Associate Director IT Portfolio Management Manufacturing will lead the strategic planning, execution, and portfolio management of IT systems across our Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS) organization sites. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of programs and projects, maintaining transparency with partners, and proactively addressing challenges to keep initiatives on track. The role will anticipate risks, resolve issues, and drive collaboration across teams while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

As an Associate Director IT Portfolio Management, a typical day might include the following:

  • Drive solution development and delivery while leading all aspects of program management, ensuring seamless day-to-day client interaction and alignment with organizational expectations.
  • Collaborate with business owners and partners to define project scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute project work plans, revising them as needed to meet evolving requirements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting for projects and programs within the portfolio.
  • Validate financial accuracy in portfolio reporting and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate resource planning, balancing, and adjustments to optimize delivery across projects and programs.
  • Apply and implement the organization's Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) methodology and standards.
  • Enforce adherence to organizational methodologies, procedures, standards, and compliance requirements across all PMO team members.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and appropriately stored.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between vendors, integrators, developers, and partners to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Minimize risks and exposure by proactively identifying and addressing challenges.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by maintaining awareness of emerging technologies and their potential applications.

In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a BS/BA Information Technology or related field and

  • Associate Director: 10 years of relevant experience
  • Director: 12 years of relevant experience
  • May consider experience in lieu of education; level decided upon completion of an interview process

$145,600.00 - $282,600.00
