Job Title: Associate Director, Digital Sales Enablement (Hybrid)

Location: San Rafael, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 05/01/2025 - 12/31/2025

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week

Job Description:

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Associate Director to lead digital sales enablement initiatives. This hybrid role is responsible for developing, executing, and managing digital sales tools and processes to support global commercial objectives. The role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, CRM, IT, and field teams, as well as manage external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage digital sales enablement platforms and workflows.
  • Drive global alignment and process harmonization for content delivery and CRM solutions.
  • Oversee implementation and optimization of tools like Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, and field emails.
  • Leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making and operational reporting.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders for optimal platform utilization.
  • Lead change management efforts for digital capabilities and field onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance and quality standards are upheld in digital content delivery.
  • Manage external vendors and agency partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital operations, sales enablement, or CRM roles, ideally within pharma or biotech.
  • Strong expertise in Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional project management and vendor oversight.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
