Associate Director

Job duties - Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors. Support, guide and manage initiatives related to IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning). Partner with clients to innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences using advanced analytics and emerging technologies. Use interviews, workshops and insights from data to diagnose and solve the real problems impacting operating margin and deliver business value quickly. Execute across disciplines - analytics, technology, process and op model design to create holistic solutions. Work independently, as a team member, or as a mentor of other consultants and/or clients to ensure successful project delivery. Build client knowledge, credibility and long-term trusting relationships quickly at all levels. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. 30% domestic travel required. Education and Experience required Bachelors degree in a STEM field plus 5 (five) years of experience as a SAP Consultant or related occupation involving end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Background 5 years experience in SAP IBP (Demand, S&OP, Response and Supply). 5 years experience in SAP APO (DP, SNP, PPDS). 5 years experience in SAP CI-DS, SDI, RTI, Data Migration Cockpit. 5 years experience in HP Quality Center. 3 years experience in S/4HANA, PEO, ePPDS, MM, QM, EWM. 3 years experience in SAP solutions manager. 1 year experience in ServiceNow.
