Associate Director

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $126,250.00/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field, and four (4) years of related work experience. Must have four (4) years of experience with/in: Data Analysis and deriving actionable insights; AdTech environment; Developing, improving, and rolling out operational frameworks and processes; Advertising or media industry; Negotiations and project management; and Developing and maintaining operational guidelines and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency, such as financial processes and approvals/onboarding platforms, vendors, or offshoring resources.
