Associate Director

Job Description

As a member of the Body Contouring Customer Marketing Team (CoolSculpting & CoolTone ), the Associate Director reports to the Executive Director of Customer Marketing, responsible for Customer Marketing Strategy, Initiatives, and Business Model Execution. The Associate Director will develop, direct, and execute key customer (HCP) marketing initiatives designed to meet or exceed financial targets and key brand metrics. This unique role leads the development of future business models and the launch plans to execute them. Critical to the role will be exceptional leadership skills and proven marketing skills in HCP and/or consumer channels. This role requires demonstrated marketing and commercial acumen, operational and program management experience, experience in medical device or pharmaceutical channels, and demonstrated skillset in leading projects with the ability to anticipate and pivot quickly as driven by the needs of the business.

Strong collaborative skills are required, as the role will work across numerous internal and external partners and key stakeholders. Key partners include consumer and field marketing, operations, sales leadership, BTS/technology and analytics teams, finance, and sales training. Additionally, strong analytical and presentation skills are necessary. The ideal candidate will have a solid track-record demonstrating strong business acumen, where s/he has successfully taken ideas from inception to completion.
