As the Associate Director Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you will tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions. You will work closely with product managers, software developers, and user experience designers to bring cutting-edge technologies to production. This role requires balancing strategic vision with technology implementation, enabling our Commercial International Business to thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive Commercial Technology Products Delivery strategy tailored to meet the unique needs of the international business sector.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with pharmaceutical industry standards and bespoke client needs.
  • Transform product strategies into delivery roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives for optimal business impact and innovation.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of CRM products, managing the lifecycle from concept to implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient delivery models, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and expectations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel on cloud technology transitions and critical IT decisions to executives.
  • Conduct workshops and offer insights to empower clients and teams, driving transformative business outcomes through CRM solutions.
  • Establish criteria and oversee metrics for measuring the success and efficiency of product delivery, implementing ongoing assessments for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and technical talent within the organization, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of product strategies, best practices, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience focused on CRM development and implementation and 5+ years working with Salesforce.
  • Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Extensive international experience strongly preferred, with exposure to global teams and management of global stakeholder expectations.
  • 5+ years of experience in product development leadership roles, demonstrating success in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. No direct people management experience required.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce technologies (Salesforce Platform, Health Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Sales & Service Clouds) and related SaaS domains.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Community Cloud, Platform App Builder, Field Service, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, Data Architect, AI Associate, and others) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach, capable of driving initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Experience with relevant technologies including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM, and AWS tools.
