Role and responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Client Partner (Associate Director) to lead strategic account management and growth initiatives in the Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- 10-15+ years of experience across IT services sales, Business Development, Program Management, Transition Management, Bid Management, Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Consulting, and Marketing.
- Deep understanding of the Insurance domain and familiarity with evolving technology needs across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and customer engagement.
- Multimillion-dollar P&L ownership with a continual focus on optimizing account economics and delivering measurable client value (TCO reduction, digital innovation, operational efficiency).
- Proven ability to manage critical multi-year strategic engagements while driving new logo pursuits and business expansion with a strong digital/innovation focus.
- Flexibility to navigate evolving business priorities and adapt strategies for marquee insurance clients.
- Multicultural awareness demonstrated through leadership of global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Self-driven, resilient leader with a strong ability to inspire trust, guide through change, and manage critical customer scenarios.
