Raytheon - Advance Products & Solution (APS) is seeking an Associate Director, Program Management to support a critical program area within the Surveillance & Tactical Radars Solutions (STaRS) Portfolio You will be expected to execute across the entire portfolio of programs to achieve all financial and operational metrics while driving a strategy and vision for the next generation technology in all facets of the product lifecycle (production, sustainment and development). What You Will Do Manage Profit and Loss (P&L), execution, and Estimate at Completions (EACs) inputs
Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, implement gates and major reviews
Manage risk, opportunity, cost, quality and schedule performance
Provide leadership and direction to a cross functional team
Coordinate and align interactions, dependencies, and transactions between customers and other primes
Develop and execute program area growth strategies and drive continued productivity improvements
Understand and represent customer needs to leadership while building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and key suppliers
Travel to support domestic business engagements Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience in program/project management experience ( to include supporting the following areas: transition to production, production and/or sustainment programs OR leading engineering, program management or manufacturing teams or as a business unit manager, etc)
E xperience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management , Scope Board, Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) or similar business processes
E xperience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management , Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support ) and/or administrative functions
An a ctive and transferable Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer Proven success creating and maintaining strong executive level relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peers
Program Management Level-4 Certification required to be obtained after onboarding
Direct supervisory experience
Experienced leader competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating innovation, collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and driving results

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
