Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements opportunities for community development, academic and personal growth for students in residence.
- Coordinates all levels of staff training and development and encourages professional development opportunities.
- Coordinates staff recruitment, selection, and evaluation processes.
- Supervises matters related to human resources for represented student employees, including staff disciplinary action and termination.
- Oversees the Faculty-In-Residence program, neighborhood hall councils, and residential curriculum.
Required SkillsMaster's degree required with eight years of experience
