Bring your skills as an Associate Director in ICA Engineering. You'll play a key role in business development and ICA engineering on transformational programs for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialise in instrumentation and control/automation across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. We currently have opportunities in our Glasgow office.

Your Purpose:
  1. Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and ensuring high quality.
  2. Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  3. Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones and programmes.
  4. Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
  5. Set quality assurance standards in design.
  6. Develop and manage ICA engineering capabilities within the practice.
What you can bring:
  1. Chartered Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer.
  2. Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
  3. Knowledge in ICA design (instrumentation, PLC, SCADA), motor control, system architecture, communication networks, P&ID's, ATEX installation, functional safety, control specifications, schedules, and system requirements in process/industrial environments.
  4. Expertise in current UK design standards, working practices, and guidance.
