Bring your skills as an Associate Director in ICA Engineering. You'll play a key role in business development and ICA engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects at home and abroad.

We specialise in instrumentation and control/automation across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We provide industry-leading solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. If you're passionate about this industry, we'd love to talk to you.

We currently have opportunities in our Cardiff office.

Your Purpose:
  1. Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes to high quality.
  2. Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  3. Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones.
  4. Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
  5. Set quality assurance standards in design.
  6. Develop and grow ICA engineering capability within the practice.
What you can bring:
  1. Chartered Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer.
  2. Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
  3. Knowledge in ICA design, PLC and SCADA systems, motor control, system architecture, communication networks, P&ID's, ATEX, safety, and control specifications within industrial environments.
  4. Understanding of UK design standards and practices.
