Bring your skills as an Associate Director in Electrical Engineering. You will play a vital role in every aspect of electrical engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.
We specialise in all aspects of electrical engineering across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. Your Purpose
- Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
- Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and programmes.
- Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Establish quality assurance standards in design.
- Develop and manage electrical engineering capabilities within the practice.
What you can bring
- Chartered Electrical Engineer
- Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems (LV and HV), motor control centres, electrical installations in industrial environments, HAZOP, DSEAR/ATEX, SLD/BCD production, earthing and bonding, and familiarity with UK design standards.
