Bring your skills as an Associate Director in Electrical Engineering. You will play a vital role in electrical engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialize in all aspects of electrical engineering across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We deliver industry-leading solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. We currently have opportunities in our Birmingham office.

Your Purpose:
  1. Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  2. Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  3. Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones.
  4. Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
  5. Establish quality assurance standards in design.
  6. Develop and manage electrical engineering capabilities within the practice.
What you can bring:
  1. Chartered Electrical Engineer.
  2. Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
  3. Knowledge of electrical design (LV and HV systems), motor control, electrical installations, HAZOP, DSEAR/ATEX, SLD/BCD production, earthing, bonding, and familiarity with UK standards.
