We're looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Associate Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Media to join our Owner Channel Lead Conversion team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the success of our direct-to-consumer retail initiatives by supporting the execution and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to help manage campaign performance, support promotional strategy, and drive measurable growth through data-driven decision-making.

How You'll Create Possibilities Key Responsibilities: - Independently manage assigned paid advertising accounts, including budget tracking, campaign performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate on the planning, development, and execution of promotional campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Analyze campaign data using advertising platforms and internal tools to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Compose and refine ad copy while ensuring consistency in brand messaging across channels.
- Conduct UX and functional testing of promotions, landing pages, and URLs to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Partner with external agencies and internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain and organize campaign assets including creative files, promotional calendars, and change logs.
- Assist in maintaining product feeds and site catalog content.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to ongoing project planning and execution.
What You'll Bring to Our Team Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field or 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing campaign management.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to paid search or paid social.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
- Willingness to obtain relevant paid media platform certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) within the first 90 days.
Preferred: - Certifications in Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, GA4, Microsoft Ads, and/or Meta Ads.
- Practical experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns across platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and eCommerce performance metrics.
- Experience creating compelling ad copy and testing variations for performance.
