Associate Deployment Representative

North- Onsite, Troy, MI

Shift- Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

What you'll be doing:

Manage incoming and outgoing activities at the Delivery Shipment Door.
Process and sort all incoming packages including, but not limited to: returns, refusals or undeliverable items, and office mail.
Complete general company requests for shipping.
Assist in maintaining and organizing stockrooms.
Assist with the return equipment process.
Assess, clean, recondition and test functionality of returned equipment; Replace cosmetic parts when necessary.
Prepare defective equipment for return back to the manufacturer.
Complete special assignments as required by department Manager and/or Team Leads.

What we need from you:

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ yr of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or deployment preferred
Excel or Google Sheets knowledge preferred
Light technical skills
Sense of urgency
Ability to succeed in a deadline driven environment
Strong communication, organization and computer skills, including e-mail
Strong team ethic
Ability to lift up to 75lbs

Hourly Range: $16.50- $18.00
