Associate Dentist Limited to Pediatrics

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist limited to Pediatrics to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for our patients. This role requires proficiency in pediatric dentistry practices, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards.

Duties
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Execute a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to root canal therapy, fillings, and extractions.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure the highest standards of infection control within the clinic.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices, including the use of Epic for patient management.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care strategies.

Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with no restrictions.
Nitrous Permit required
Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and general dentistry practices.
Experience or familiarity with root canal therapy is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
Proficient in medical documentation practices and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
Commitment to maintaining aseptic technique in all procedures.
Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
