Associate Dentist

Generous sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 offered for an Associate Dentist at an established Rutland, VT practice with a strong patient base and positive culture.

•  Seeking motivated, skilled, and personable candidates with 2-4 years of experience, preferably post-GPR or AEGD.

•  Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a compassionate bedside manner.

•  Practice features 17 operatories, advanced technology (CBCT, iTero, Cerec), and a Mon-Thu schedule.

•  Compensation includes a minimum guarantee, % of collections, CE allowance, benefits, and malpractice insurance.
