A fast growing start up revolutionizing the way the freight industry interconnects with technology is expanding their Customer Service and Operations team. This is an four day a week in office roles in San Juan Capistrano.
This is an opportunity for someone feeling like a "cog on a wheel" in their current company. You will be handling member support and offering a white glove experience to all members while building operational efficiency for client and it's stakeholders. Great opportunity for someone to wear multiple hats while also truly defining a road to become a Director of Operations.
Required Skills & Experience - 1-2 years of experience
- Assist with member onboarding
- Answer incoming support calls and assists in resolving member issues
- Communicate and collaborate with engineering, product and marketing teams
- Support customers 7am EST to 7pm EST
Desired Skills & Experience - Trucking or Freight experience VM1
