Our client is seeking a qualified professional to support a range of budget and contract administration functions in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in budget management, cost analysis, and administrative systems, particularly within large infrastructure or public sector projects. Attend project-related meetings Review cost estimates for contract compliance Perform cost analysis reviews using historical proposals and internal data Identify and validate funding sources for various orders and proposals Coordinate the development and modification of budgets Review scopes of work for contracts including design, construction management, and professional services Manage the RFP, Work Order, and Task Order processes from solicitation to award Review and analyze Technical and Cost Proposals Maintain and update internal databases related to project tracking Draft memos, staff summaries, and official correspondence Act as a liaison to resolve contract and project issues among stakeholders Support consultant time reporting processes (e.g., Kronos) Assist with technical proposal evaluation and related tasks Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Requirements: Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience criteria: Hold a Master's degree from an accredited college and have one year of full-time experience in one or more of the following areas: Collecting, evaluating, and using data related to operational procedures Administrative systems Budget, finance, accounting, or analytical processes OR Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related field and have three years of full-time experience in the areas listed above.
