About the Opportunity
As an Associate Consultant, your role will involve working closely with teams to deliver high-quality insights and intelligence for our clients. You will focus on secondary and primary research to support the strategic development and commercialisation of life-saving therapies.
Responsibilities
- Conducting secondary data analysis to gather scientific, clinical, commercial, and regulatory insights.
- Engaging in primary research by interviewing industry experts to understand market dynamics and competitive positioning.
- Collaborating with project teams to analyse findings, draw insights, and deliver impactful client presentations.
- Attending key conferences to interact with experts, attend sessions, and gather insights from presentations and exhibits.
- Building and maintaining data repositories on therapeutic areas, market trends, and regulatory developments.
- Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Required Experience and Skills
- A degree in life sciences, such as BSc, MSc, or MPharm, ideally paired with business knowledge (e.g., MBA).
- Strong interest in consulting and a basic understanding of oncology, immunology, neuroscience, or biosimilars.
- Exposure to primary and secondary research in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including cross-cultural effectiveness.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Fluency in English.
