Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Consultant at WCG. The Associate Consultant will be involved in assisting with client projects, gathering requirements for ERP solutions, conducting research, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with senior consultants. This role is primarily based in Annapolis, MD, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in a Big-4 Management consulting firm
- Analytical Skills, Consulting, and Business Process expertise
- Experience in ERP solutions and financial data analysis
- Experience with government clients
- Strong analytical, research, and data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analytics tools
- Previous experience in management consulting or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field
