Job Summary
Seeking an Associate Marketing Manager who is passionate about marketing strategy and execution. This role will help bring the go-to market strategy to life to help increase brand awareness and drive sales. You will lead and project manage the day-to-day activities of content and media across multiple channels, including social, influencers and ambassadors, email, public relations, website, organic search and partnerships from conception to execution.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for running and ensuring successful implementation of existing marketing plans and continually looking how to raise the bar.
  • Immerse themselves in our brands, products and consumer insights to ensure we deliver the right message to the right consumer at the right time.
  • Partner with the product teams to develop commercialization plans and execute: write creative briefs, participate in shoots, collaborate with insights team on claims and messaging research that optimizes the omnichannel and ultimately drives distribution and revenue.
  • Deliver an effective content marketing and editorial plan to meet the business and campaign objectives for retail partners and owned channels.
  • Create and manage the editorial calendar for the respective brand, collaborating across functions (ecommerce, agencies, internal creative teams, product, consumer care, sales, etc.) to ensure we bring a cohesive experience across channels.
  • Lead key content development projects including photo and video production shoots, recipe creation, how-to content, and influencer and ambassador content. Ability to effectively guide and provide feedback on concept, creative design and copywriting.
  • Advocate for the brands with cross functional partners and external agencies to drive brand health goals.
  • Partner with our D2C leaders to address all opportunities along the consumer journey and ultimately Conversion and CLV.
  • Plan and execute monthly emails, working closely with the agency and internal team to ensure the effectiveness and success of our email initiatives.
  • Work with our public relation agency to identify, develop and execute strategic and creative pitches, including coordination of internal resources on program development and implementation.
  • Measure content and channel performance, report out on metrics, identify opportunities to A/B test and optimize future executions based on findings
  • Stay on top of relevant industry and marketing trends such as food trends, competitor activities, social best practices, ad network changes, etc.
  • Maintain a high-quality level of work in a fast-paced environment, while staying organized and self-manage time to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Embrace daily challenges and be resourceful in solving problems
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.
Qualification Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Minimum Work Experience: Two (2) to Five (5) years of marketing experience.

License(s) / Certification(s): Certifications in Google Analytics, Adwords preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Experience in best practices of social media channels
  • Experience with Photo and Video Production preferred
  • Experience with Magento preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with excellent follow-up and follow-through
  • Self-starter attitude, Eager to learn, reliable and responsible
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Creative thinker willing to thinking outside of the box to create solutions
