One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with 1-6 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal and procedural aspects of Workers' Compensation claims, including but not limited to:


  • Responsibilities:

    • Represent injured workers in all phases of Workers' Compensation claims, including initial consultations, case investigations, hearings, and appeals.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis, draft legal documents (e.g., pleadings, motions, briefs), and prepare for hearings and depositions.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
    • Manage caseloads efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
    • Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff within the firm.
    • Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in Workers' Compensation law.


Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • 1-6 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to client success
  • Admission to the Virginia
