Associate Attorney - Fund Finance Location: Washington, D.C.
Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented Fund Finance Associate Attorney to join their innovative Private Equity Finance practice in their D.C. office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team at the forefront of private equity finance.
Candidate Profile:

2+ years of substantive experience in fund finance transactions(link removed)>
Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in subscription credit facilities, NAV-based facilities, and hybrid fund finance products(link removed)>
Familiarity with partnership agreements, capital call mechanics, and fund structures, including private equity, real estate, credit, and hedge funds.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a wide range of fund finance structures, including subscription lines, asset-backed facilities, and NAV-based financing.
Draft, negotiate, and review credit agreements, security documents, and fund-related organizational documents.
Coordinate with internal tax, regulatory, and fund formation teams to deliver comprehensive financing solutions(link removed)>
Manage transactions from inception to closing, including due diligence, document negotiation, and deal execution.
Support and advise on fund formation and structuring implications in connection with financing transactions.
