Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will:

1. Provide legal advice to our clients on a wide range of corporate governance matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance policies.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues related to corporate governance.
4. Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in the field of corporate governance.

Job Details

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on corporate governance.
4. Strong knowledge of corporate law and corporate governance best practices.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
