Job DetailsAbout the Role:
We're seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate with 2-6 years of solid litigation experience. Prior exposure to commercial litigation involving real property is a plus, but not required. You'll be entrusted with meaningful case responsibilities from day one and supported by a team of respected attorneys committed to mentorship and professional development.
What You'll Do:
- Handle litigation matters with increasing independence
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Participate in discovery, including depositions
- Contribute to trial prep and client strategy
- Collaborate with top-tier colleagues in a hybrid work environment
What We're Looking For:
- 2-6 years of litigation experience
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- A genuine interest in real estate litigation and long-term growth
- Licensed to practice law in the state of California and active, in good standing
