As the firm grows, our client seeks a junior-mid level Associate Attorney to join their practice. Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload within the civil litigation practice.
  • Conduct case assessments, respond to discovery requests, and prepare litigation documents.
  • Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and develop trial strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to trial preparation and client communication.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations, ensuring effective advocacy for clients.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of civil defense litigation ( General liability, landlord-tenant, commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury)
  • Proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.
  • Admitted to practice in California, with a strong preference for candidates in good standing with the CA State Bar.
