Job Details

Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite or Hybrid, depending on experience)
Practice Areas: Labor & Employment Law, Education Law
Experience Level: Associate (2-8 years)

Responsibilities:

Advise clients on a broad range of labor and employment or education law issues.

Represent clients in administrative proceedings and state/federal court litigation.

Draft motions, legal memoranda, contracts, and policy documents.

Participate in negotiations, investigations, and training sessions.

Stay current on legal developments and emerging trends in relevant practice areas.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

2-8 years of relevant legal experience.

Demonstrated interest or background in labor, employment, or education law.

Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
