Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $235,000 - $435,000

Bonuses: $30,000 - $115,000

About the Role

Handle transactions and advise companies, their boards and special committees on all aspects of the M&A landscape, including public and private M&A, carve-outs, spin-offs, split-offs, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Hybrid schedule in San Francisco

Minimum Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from a top 20 law school

Excellent academic credentials

Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in California

At least 1 year of experience
