About the Company LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an outstanding Corporate M&A Associate attorney for an
unposted opportunity at a top-tier, global law firm. This elite firm has a long-standing track record of successfully supporting the world's leading national and multinational corporations, financial institutions, and governments on ground-breaking and business critical mandates.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $235,000 - $435,000
Bonuses: $30,000 - $115,000

About the Role Handle transactions and advise companies, their boards and special committees on all aspects of the M&A landscape, including public and private M&A, carve-outs, spin-offs, split-offs, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Minimum Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from a top 20 law school
Excellent academic credentials
Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in California
At least 1 year of experience
