Role Description
This is a Full time ON-SITE role for an Associate Attorney (10 years +) with experience in Mass Tort (Fire experience) and Civil Litigation - Trial. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling civil litigation and/or Mass Tort cases conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Civil Litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Mass Tort (fire) experience
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Ability to provide sound legal advice
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of California
Relevant Skills And Qualifications That Would Be Beneficial- Experience in personal injury law
- Experience in class-action, and mass tort litigation
