2+ years of substantive experience in white collar litigation(link removed)>
- This position is for firm's 3rd to 5th year class.
Experience handling government and internal investigations, enforcement actions, and related complex white collar criminal defense matters(link removed)>
Familiarity with complex regulatory issues, including securities fraud, anti-corruption (FCPA), and financial misconduct(link removed)>
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, with the ability to distill complex legal and factual issues clearly.
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent individuals and corporations in federal and state criminal and regulatory investigations.
Support clients in matters involving the SEC, DOJ, FINRA, and other enforcement agencies.
Assist in conducting internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients.
Draft memos, motions, responses to subpoenas, and other litigation-related documents.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on strategic decision-making and case development.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, regulators, and opposing counsel.
