Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented White Collar Litigation Associate Attorney to join their highly-regarded White Collar Defense and Investigations practice in their Century City office. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and sophisticated team focused on complex regulatory and enforcement matters.




Candidate Profile:


  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record(link removed)>



  • Active Bar Admission in California(link removed)>



  • 2+ years of substantive experience in white collar litigation(link removed)>


  • This position is for firm's 3rd to 5th year class.


  • Experience handling government and internal investigations, enforcement actions, and related complex white collar criminal defense matters(link removed)>



  • Familiarity with complex regulatory issues, including securities fraud, anti-corruption (FCPA), and financial misconduct(link removed)>



  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, with the ability to distill complex legal and factual issues clearly.




  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.






Key Responsibilities:


  • Represent individuals and corporations in federal and state criminal and regulatory investigations.




  • Support clients in matters involving the SEC, DOJ, FINRA, and other enforcement agencies.




  • Assist in conducting internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients.




  • Draft memos, motions, responses to subpoenas, and other litigation-related documents.




  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on strategic decision-making and case development.




  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, regulators, and opposing counsel.
