We are searching for a Full Time Construction Litigation Associate Attorney for our legal industry client. In this role, you'll work across both litigation and transactional matters in a collaborative, high-performing legal team. You'll draft pleadings, handle arbitration and trials, negotiate contracts, and advise on a wide range of construction law issues. Interested in learning more? As Construction Litigation Associate Attorney, you will:

  • Draft pleadings and participate in discovery and motion practice
  • Assist in arbitration and trial proceedings
  • Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts, including AIA forms
  • Manage lien laws, bid protests, delay and impact claims, and government contracts
  • Demonstrate ownership of projects while working independently and collaboratively
  • Support business development within the real estate and construction sectors

Who we're searching for / About you:

  • You bring 3-5 years of experience in construction law or general litigation
  • You hold a JD from an accredited law school and are admitted to the Oregon State Bar (or eligible for reciprocity)
  • You excel in legal research, writing, analysis, and communication
  • You value strong client service, time management, and accountability
  • You enjoy working as part of a collaborative, team-oriented legal environment
  • You're interested in growing your presence in the construction and real estate industries
