Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of case management, including discovery, motions, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and solutions for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
Attend hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the Oregon State Bar (membership in the Washington State Bar is a plus).
1-5 years of litigation experience preferred, but candidates with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for litigation are encouraged to apply.
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
