Toner Law, a boutique Center City Philadelphia law firm, specializes in real estate has an open associate level Attorney position.
The successful applicant must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, but a strong preference will be given to an applicant who is also licensed in New Jersey. A general interest in real estate, planning and urban development is a plus. Two to seven years of experience practicing law is preferred.
The attorney must have both relevant experience and a proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position will require a general litigation experience including drafting pleadings, engaging in discovery, motion practice and appearing in court on real estate matters like Quiet Title Actions, Act 135 Conservatorships and Failure to Disclosure Litigation.
The successful applicant must have a demonstrated ability to represent clients with minimal assistance.
