Are you a seasoned attorney with a passion for litigation and a knack for unraveling complex legal puzzles? If so, we are looking for a Associate Attorney - Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile cases within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. You will be working closely with our team of experts, handling government investigations, drafting motions, and engaging in discovery and arbitrations. Your expertise will be crucial in representing our clients before the Attorney General and AUSA. This role is perfect for a seasoned litigation attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to make a significant impact in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney - Litigation, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting and managing all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, motions, and arbitrations.
2. Representing clients in government investigations and before the Attorney General and AUSA.
3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Providing expert advice and counsel to clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries.
5. Developing case strategies and creating compelling arguments in preparation for trial.
6. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and legal developments in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney - Litigation role will have:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney, preferably within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
3. Proven experience in government investigations and representation before the Attorney General and AUSA.
4. Exceptional drafting skills, with a particular emphasis on motions and discovery requests.
5. Strong knowledge of arbitration processes.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
