1. Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Support senior attorneys in case strategy and trial preparation
2. Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active New York Bar membership
- 1-3 years of experience in personal injury (plaintiff's side preferred)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the firm
