We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our firm, responsible for handling a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice, and representing our clients in court. This role requires a deep understanding of legal principles and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

1. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of legal matters.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Minnesota Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in a law firm setting.
4. Proven experience in handling a diverse caseload and representing clients in court.
5. Exceptional legal research and analysis skills.
