Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload from intake to resolution (settlements, mediation, or trial)
- Negotiate and secure high-value settlements for clients
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials
- Maintain client communication with timely responses
- Contribute to the firm's growth, strategy, and mentorship programs
Qualifications
- Licensed CA Attorney in good standing
- 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong case management, trial prep, and advocacy skills
- Passion for fighting insurance companies and securing justice for clients
- Detail-oriented with excellent writing and courtroom skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
