About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing team. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for working one-on-one with our clients to guide them through the Federal Disability Retirement appeals process. These are the responsibilities of a Associate Attorney.
- Serve clients with effective, prompt and proactive communication
- Organize and prepare all case evidence, to include drafting of legal arguments, review of medical documentation for legal sufficiency, etc.
- Handle all communication with appropriate agency representatives
- Follow established processes to create and maintain an organized file
- Keep track of data and report to departmental leadership
