Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation
O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join our Hermosa Beach office. The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as business/commercial litigation, general liability, professional liability, premises liability, personal injury, securities litigation/arbitration, and/or directors & officers defense. This role offers the opportunity to handle a wide range of civil litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated clients.

Requirements
- Legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other documents; taking and defending depositions; drafting and responding to discovery requests; trial preparation and assistance. Experience in both state and federal courts preferred.
- Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to undertake local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections, and depositions.
- Admission to the California State Bar is required.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $190,000
