Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to provide legal counsel.
- Analyze complex financial documents.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, settlement proposals, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Negotiate with opposing counsel.
- Conduct legal research.
- Manage case deadlines.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Meet billable hours requirement of 110 hours per month.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an attorney, with at least 1 year in family law.
- Active Colorado license in good standing.
- Ability to work independently.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Offering a base salary of $90,000 - $108,000 commensurate with experience, comprehensive benefits package, and an excellent bonus structure.
This is a contract to hire role with an anticipated transition into a permanent position within 60-120 days from initial start date.
