Job Overview:
My client, an International AM100 firm is seeking an experienced (5+ yrs) Capital Markets and Securities Associate Attorney to join team. This firm values work-life balance, but you will still enjoy challenging matters in a fast-paced setting. The attorney they wish to bring on must have knowledge with public securities offerings and private placements/PIPEs. It is preferred that you also have governance experience and are well versed in with public company reporting obligations.
